EIPA Testing Springdale, January 21st or 22nd – MUST pre-register Fee provided by ADE-SEU for Educational Interpreters employed in Arkansas public schools with EIPA or QAST scores below standards Contact Lisa Johnson immediately if interested Arkansas Standards for Educational Interpreters and Transliterators Currently accessed on ADE-SEU website under Policy and Regulations, Eligibility Criteria and Program Guidelines, Part III, number 7 Interpreter’s license Arkansas Department of Health, high school diploma or equivalent and 3.0 on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA), or Quality Assurance Screening Test (QAST) 3/3 (transliterating /interpreting) Supports and Resources available from ADE-SEU COMING SOON! Assessment Participation Reports
Statewide Assessment Participation Data If you had data in red and have not done so already, please contact Robin. Participation Data Each district received a document detailing their statewide assessment participation data along with a recorded explanation of the data. If you had data in red and have not contacted me (Robin Stripling) regarding your data, please do so as soon as possible. Trying to be proactive before ESSA goes into effect.

Catastrophic Reminder
The Catastrophic Registry is currently open and will close by the end of day February 6. Students CANNOT be entered after February 6. The database for student entry will close Feb. 6 and reopen Feb. 15 for final submissions. Each student listed in the Catastrophic Occurrences Registry that is submitted for reimbursement MUST have final costs (with complete account codes) entered and saved in the Registry and SUBMITTED by May 1, 2017.
