We live with a lot of competition, and sometimes that is starting of other state. I do not think that it is fair for different starting conditions competition. Among them especially. I chose two different starting conditions of make for compete unfair. First is money. Wealthy competitor can have a good equipment and many method than poor competitor. And it may not be the right Judgment because of money. Second is collusion. If some of the competitors confederate else competitors play so disadvantage game. Perhaps they can drive to plan all of the game. For these reason, I believe that different starting conditions competition is unfair. All competitors should have a same starting conditions and start competition.

I think that competition is unfair in employment. There are two reason for this decision. The first is that other factors must be worked. In my opinion, money or personal connections or appearance must be worked in employment. I don’t know about this well, a few people are using that the senior management is their family. When people are going for an interview, they often undergo plastic surgery. Second, criteria should not be ambiguous. There would be the basis of work in its own way, but effort or faithful and so on does not seem be considered. It is good for employee or employer if we know with certainty that we have to do. I feel that these unfair in employment will last.

First, Money makes a lot of opportunities to someone unfairly. If someone has a lot of money, the someone has very good quality of athletic equipments and individual practice ground.

And, money can purchase on-sided referee for favorable competition on oneself.
Second, personal connections make advantage only oneself.
There are a lot of personal connection’s kinds.
Same universities, Same birthplaces, Same financial circles and Same arena circles, etc.
Like the saying ’The skin is nearer than the shirt’, these personal connections take care of Same groups.
