Bring in more revenue to cover the higher cost of the PCC?
Create opportunities for more exposure to sponsors?
Add to the value of the sponsorship?

2016 Conference brought in $27,000 with levels at:
Gold - $750
Silver - $500
Bronze - $250
These have been our levels for the past 10 years
What recognition do sponsors receive?
Company will be listed in conference printed material.
Company will be listed on the AZ Water conference web page with a link to their company web site.
Company will be listed on signage at the conference (during all events and in registration area).
Company will appear in rotating slide shows during the three conference luncheons.
Company will be listed in the AZ Water summer Kachina News magazine as a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsor

Sponsorship Potential
To offset the higher the PCC; a target of $60,000 has been preliminary established. Potential levels (there are option of ranges for each level to discuss):
Platinum: $3, ,000
Gold: $1, ,500
Silver: $1,000 - $1,500
Bronze: $500
What do sponsors get for the increase cost?
Depending on the level, possibilities include (/ indicates ‘or’):
Platinum: Conference App Splash page / Lanyards / Wi-Fi Access / Parking
Gold: BBQ / Breakfast / Mobile device charging station
Silver: App ‘Banner Ad’ / Meter Mania / Coffee Breaks / YP Student Poster Contest
Bronze: Logo recognition as in previous years (all levels will get this)

13. AWWA eligibility
Participating utilities should be affiliated with AWWA either through utility or individual memberships.
Participants should not have had any state or federal drinking water violations (MCL, monitoring, record-keeping, etc.) during the calendar year prior to the competition.
Solution: Formal application with acknowledgement of rules and eligibility required before the conference.
