Four hours instruction per day for 6 days
A typical day may comprise:
Meet instructors for 9.30 am
Session 1: – 12.00
Lunch
Session 2: 1.00 – 3.00

15. Friday afternoon – finish skiing
Return equipment Pack
Wash Dinner
Leave resort Friday evening
Arrive back at School on
Saturday afternoon.

16. Certification
Ski school Slalom race – a race against the clock for all of the groups
Presentation Night/ Disco

17. What to pack? Ski jacket and trousers Ski gloves and hat
Goggles (and sun glasses)
Thermal top and bottoms
T-shirts, sweat shirt (layers) underwear and jeans
Good quality ski socks (and under-socks)
Comfortable shoes/trainers for indoor wear
Snow boots for evening outdoor wear
Swimming trunks / costumes (not swim shorts!)
High factor sun block and lip protection cream
Wash kit and towel
Spending money in €s – school to advise - you will need to cover drinks, souvenirs, lunch on travel days
