Options: #1: Return to Columbus and book individual travel to your home airport #2: Contact Delta once we are ticketed to change your flight manually (fee will be incurred) #3: Give up final leg of flight (ATL-CMH) and book your own one-way from ATL to your home airport (may be cheapest)

Pre-Departure Assessment
Week of May 1st You will receive an with instructions on completion You do not need to prepare, and your results will not negatively impact you in any way. Baseline measurement 20-30 minutes to complete Assessment will be done online Questions?

First week in August Same exact assessment as the pre-departure orientation You will receive an with instructions on completion Measurement to compare against baseline data 20-30 minutes to complete Assessment will be done online Questions?

Will be done online Review of Guide [.pdf] Due: October 17, 2017 but you are encouraged to complete it earlier Questions?
