Sweet Celebrations is a committed to making sure that you have anything less than a smile when the event is over. We wanted something that was more than just a hobby and that brought joy to peoples hearts and smiles to their faces. I know off hand how difficult it can be to plan the simplest of events so to be the one to help and make your day less stressful and guide my clients is something that makes me smile. The Market that we try to reach for our brides who are way to busy and don't have the time to do it their selves and just need a little bit of assistance. We are willing to make sure we do the best we can to make this event as successful as it needs to be.

Malika is a certified wedding planner. She is twenty-four years old born in Brooklyn, NY. She has a mother and four sisters that she is very close with and always values their opinions. Malika has her certification in event & wedding planning. She has been 5 years though she is young her work speaks for herself. She has done events such as graduation parties, birthdays, baby showers, fundraiser etc. She attends church at St. claver and every third Sunday of the month she always makes sure she attends family Sunday to volunteer and help out. “I am currently planning events and weddings. I offer all types of events and I make sure that everything I plan for a client is what they wanted an more.”

Sweet Celebrations to host launch party
Sweet celebrations will be officially launching their new event & wedding planning company. The launch party will take place January 14th,2017 at the 48 lounge in new York city from 6:30pm – 10:oopm.
The purpose of this launch party is to showcase and inform potential clients, family and friends on our services. “This is something I've always thought about doing and now that I have taken the initiative I want show people what I can and what I am willing to do.
Sweet celebrations is an event planning company that has been planning for 5 years doing birthdays, fundraisers, and weddings etc. Malika wanted to show her talents and the passion she has for planning and making others smile with her work

8. Inspiration
Cake north an upcoming cake shop has offered to sponsor this event and bring mini cake in a jar to give away to our guest.
Pictures of the venue will be attached to the Invitations so our guest know where they would be
We wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and still be able to mingle So we booked DJ SBsounds
We’ve worked with the venue to make signature that reflect our brand name.

9. Inspiration
We will be serving Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil.
The Venue is 48 Lounge a very calm atmosphere with just the right size.
Dress code for our guest is business casual and all white.

10. Philanthropic Opportunities
I plan to give back to the community by offering internship with sweet celebrations for student who want to gain more knowledge and experience about event planning.
Every 3 months I will hold a fundraiser and all proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
I will also have my staff volunteer every third Sunday of the month at St. Peter Claver church for Family Sunday.
