We are licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies at the hotel.
We have two main licensed rooms
One holding up to 70 guests and the other holding up to 100.
Ceremony Room Hire available for £300.00
The hotel can provide flower arrangements
and additional decorations upon request, ask our
co-ordinator for ideas

3. Function Rooms, Suites & Private Bar
We have a number of function suites suitable for anything from a small intimate wedding up to wedding breakfasts of 120 & evening receptions for up to 200 guests.
Our packages include the private bar hire until 11pm and you can have a bar extension at an additional £ per hour until 1am.
The resident DJ entertains until 11pm, however you can extend for an additional £ until midnight.
Select both extensions and receive a £50.00 discount

Booking your wedding and further information
Arrange an appointment with the hotel’s friendly and professional Wedding Co-ordinator to view the hotel and discuss plans for your special day.
If you are planning on having a civil ceremony to be held at the hotel contact the Southampton Registry Office in Bugle Street on to check if your preferred date is available.
A provisional booking may be held for you for up to 14 days. To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of £ is required.
Payment terms
An estimated invoice will be calculated based upon your minimum numbers and requirements.
Prices will be confirmed 6 months prior to your wedding.
30% of the estimated balance is due 4 months prior to
the event, 60% 2 months prior with the final payment due 1 month prior.
