Lace event created by Saudi entrepreneur called Sara al Dabaggh. Lace Just completed one year in business Sarah's first plan and design for an event was in her high school graduation project Lace host exquisite parties and specialized in designing and producing timeless event.

SWOT analysis Strength :
Unique way of events planning that combine the west with the east and create new view of planning. Lace event plans event not only in Saudi Arabia but also in many countries such as the golf countries and Lebanon. Weakness: Only have been in the market one year and it need more time to establish reputation and client base. What lace offer it is new to the society and culture some people don’t like it and some did not adapt this new idea of event planning

Lace big opportunity is that it operates In Jeddah, and in Jeddah the people are more open to other cultures and its easy for women there to start their own businesses. Sara have her unique way in planning and her material is in high quality. Threat: In the event planning market there is a lot of competitors specially because lace events operates in Jeddah, and Jeddah is the leading in event planning market The market of event planning has a short run because of the development of the social life.

Industry background The market for wedding and events planning are growing here in Saudi Arabia, people desire to have perfectly unique customized planned ceremony and want to seek professional advice in creating and planning any events or ceremony. So the market of event planning is growing more and more And lace event it operate in competitive market but it have a stable position in this flourish industry because of the services she provide within lace event.

Target Market Lace event doesn't have a specific target market she can plan for simple evening dinner to a fancy wedding. Their target market vary from upper class to middle class, because customers can decide the budget they want and lace event can work from that budget and still provide unique special services.

Our Assessment Lace event is success in event planning even though its in the market for only one year and we can tell it will keep in success until seven to eight years because we think that the market of event planning wont last long.
