1. Packers Designed for separation of spaces in the operational
column of oil, gas, condensate and injection wells, various technological operations, the implementation of which requires the creation of excess pressure above below the packer. RF patents. Column disconnectors Purpose: designed to disconnect by hydraulic influence and further connection by mechanical influence of casing strings with the equipment installed in the well, as well as to compensate the length of the TS under temperature and pressure changes. The disconnectors may additionally be used in the well operation for loading the hollow crimping tube or valve, depending on the conditions of the well. RF patent. 3. Packer device for defect wells
Packer device is designed to insulate production tubing defect during the operation of wells RWP. The device consists of a mechanical packer, hydraulic column disconnector, seal assembly and a tool for lifting. The diagram shows the process sequence of device lowering. After the lowering of the packer with disconnector the packer seating is performed (up-down) and the hydraulic pressure of atmospheres released by column disconnector. Thus the packer with flowing well for TS sealing rests at the well. Then TS with seal assembly goes down in the well and sealed with a flowing well RK. When extraction is necessary TS with seal assembly, without tension, rises, and the packer with a flowing well remains at the well to reconnect. 8. Set of equipment with ESP and RWP application for paraffin wells
Designed for use of RWP or ESP in paraffin wells. During the lowering of tubing to a depth of 500 ÷ 800 m the packer is installed and above it the well chamber with a valve for the passage of the inhibitor against the wax. While operation the inhibitor is pumped by the dosing pump through annulus. Seating of special packer – manual, release - tightness up. 9. Set of equipment for cleaning a well from mechanical impurities
Designed for cleaning downhole by hydrostatic pulse method from deposit, representing a mixture of solids, such as pariah soil, sand, sludge, mechanical impurities, etc. The arrangement is made for the production casing of 114; 140; 146; 168; 178 mm. The device is lowered into the well and is driven by the existing wellhead lift. The device operates in the well by calculated movement up and down. In this case, first available in mill design, if necessary, grind the soil and during a certain length downward an impulse is created in a layer, the upper valve opens, the liquid from the static camera is held in the atmospheric chamber and portions of mechanical impurity is collected in a container over the back valve. 17. Oil well pump for pumping highly carbonated liquids
Oil well pumps are designed to pump liquid from the well, containing non-associated gas at pump inlet up to 20%, mechanical impurities up to 1.3g/l at temperature 403 К (130°С). The pump design does not differ much from inserted pumps type RHAM (HB1Б). It provides for additional special valve assembly located in the castle part of the pump. The pump consists of cylinder 1, at the lower end of which the intake valve is screwed 2, and the upper end – joint 3. There is a movable plunger inside the cylinder 4, at both ends injection valves are threaded 5 and 6. To attach the plunger to the rod string, the pump is provided with a rod 7, which is put on a special valve 8, located inside the joint3. Pump goes down the rod string in the tubing and is fixed in the support 9. The principle of operation of the pump for pumping highly carbonized liquids is as follows. In the course of the plunger upward, under the influence of the dynamic pressure, the suction valve opens and fluid flows into the aerated pump cylinder. In the course of the plunger down, under pressure of the liquid column, located in tubing, special valve closes. Pressure valves are released from the pressure that facilitates their opening without boosting carbonated liquid and equalization of pressure before the liquid enters the top of the plunger. In the subsequent course of the plunger up, the liquid between the plunger and a special valve prior to opening of the second one, displacing into TS re-contracting is displaced into the tubing. Simultaneously, the suction process is taking place. Thus, the liquid is pumped twice cowering in the pump, the pump prevents blocking at high gas content.

18. Deviator Designed to open the windows in the production tubing by means of mill-reamers, and provide direction for drilling the second hole. AZ patent.
