2. Background
Bank Albilad is a Saudi joint stock company, established (corresponding to 4 November 2004) with a corporate capital of 3,000,000,000 SR The Bank also provides investment services such as asset management and investment funds in addition to providing brokerage services in the capital markets, locally and internationally, to individuals and institutions, through a specialized subsidiary company "Al Bilad Investment Co.“ The bank has a total number of 1,961 employees as of 2012.

3. Introduction
I am always fascinated with the idea of working in a big commercial bank. I would like to develop a career in the banking industry that’s why I have chosen to do my internship at Bank Al Bilad.
I believe that the company has the facility to provide me with the necessary training needed before I enter this field. During this internship, I expect to achieve the following objectives;
To fully understand bank operations, processes, systems and procedures
To experience and learn actual banking tasks and to be able carry out those task
To put my educational background into practice
To develop work-related skills and personal skills
To develop strong work ethics and teamwork skills
To discover my inner strengths and weaknesses
To seek possible employment after graduation

9. Evaluation of the Internship Experience
My internship experience at Bank Al Bilad is rewarding. I gained a lot of knowledge about bank operations.
This program really helped me overcome fear. With this experience, I feel confident that I can do any job that will be given to me in the future.

10. Summary of Findings and Recommendations
Internship compensate for the gap between college and actual work. In college we were taught about theories and principles. Internship provides an opportunity to practice first hand those theories and principles and prepare us for the bigger responsibility.
I have discovered that my academic training at PMU has really prepared me for this kind of work.

11. Conclusions
This internship provided me the opportunity to experiment with jobs that match my academic and personal interests. It provided me an opportunity to try and experiment new things and discover my inner talents and skills in the field.
The internship experience gave me a chance to develop industry-specific abilities. I learned the operations of a bank particularly Bank Al Bilad.
