Birthdays Students are invited to bring a Birthday treat to share with the students. Birthdays will be celebrated in the child’s homeroom. The red class will bring them in the morning to share with Mrs. Hatch’s class The blue class will bring them in the afternoon to share with Mrs. Ge’s class To support our school’s wellness policy, and if it’s possible, please bring a healthy type snack/treat to share. We have nut allergies in the classroom so please nothing containing nuts.

Partnering with Parents
Parents are welcome to come to the classroom and run a Book Club with their own child’s group. I will send an letting you know which times are available and what days and you are welcome to attend any of those days/times. Respond to upcoming if you would like to participate. I will with opportunities as they arise.

“Hey Look What I Learned Today!”
In the front of your child’s folder you will see a sheet, as often as is possible, explaining what we learned/studied that day. Look for quiz or test scores to keep you updated. If the child keeps these sheets in a binder at home for the entire year, I will have a treat for them at the end of the year. Please feel free to me.

Donations I really appreciate your donations of school supplies. These supplies aid the children in their learning experience at Wasatch. No child will be denied educational opportunities for failure to donate class funds or supplies. We are asking for donations fo $25 per child to help fund special projects this year. Spellingcity.com ($2 per child) JA City Biztown field trip ($10 per child) Utah State Capital and Leonardo Museum field trip ($10 per child) If other field trip opportunities arise, I may ask for additional donations if needed.
