Dealer would have fincloud System access to distribute credit among sub dealers
All domain customers can top-up balance from sub dealers
No Limit on purchase of meCredit by Dealer as it would be paid in Authorized bank account

18. Who can use Dealer - meServices
Any person can register with fincloud as Dealer - meServices
meServices dealer can make services payments for anyone with minimum charges mutually agreed
Any person in a locality can provide such services
Monthly charge have to be paid to fincloud

19. Who can use Non Internet Customers
Customer register to fincloud through any phone device and once meCode generated can add family members through phone device e.g with text SMS MEF Mobile number of family members
Customer needs to send SMS to fincloud mobile number for e.g with text as MER Customer Name
Customer itself and family members added can recharge their mobile phones.
Once meCode is generated customers can recharge mobile and pay through phone device to fincloud Service Sector, Self Employed by purchasing meCredit from fincloud dealer
