Research says… Methodology: Data is from the December 2016 MarketingSherpa "Customer Satisfaction Research Study." 2,400 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during September 30-October 3, 2016. 52% of respondents were female and 48% were male. Respondents were millennials, (34%), Gen Xers, (31%), baby boomers, (31%), seniors, 65+ (4%). Respondents identified their incomes as less than $25K (18%), $25K-$50K (25%), $50K-$75K (20%), $75K-$100K (14%), $100K-$150K (13%), $150K-$200K (4%), $200K+ (2%) and prefer not to say (4%).
