CDS Agent Collects Account Setup Info: DEALER INFO - Contact Info - AP Info - Ship Info - Permissions: Admin, GM, F&I, Sales - Program Level (ZAZ) Internal Setup Agent works with CDS Development team to set new dealer account via CDS the back-end Dealer Places Order Dealer PO is generated: - Units assigned to dealer account - CDS programs & tests - AP billing is generated - Product shipped to dealer Installation of Devices Devices are installed in vehicles: - Dealer Admin assigns VIN to ESN - ESN is already in dealer’s account - CDS system auto generates image & model link - Geofence, speed alerts are preset - Dealer SELL program is preset Dealer Management System Ready Dealers can use features of CDS system and create additional categories to track specific groups of vehicles like loaner cars and fleet. Consumer Opts Not to Purchase ZAZ GPS
In the event that the consumer does not purchase ZAZ GPS, dealers can: OPTION 1 Dealer can remove the device to reuse in another vehicle. Dealer prep or lot person pulls devices Dealer admin unassigns device in system Dealer installs in new inventory & repeats setup process There is no cost to the dealer. OPTION 2 Dealer can leave device in the car. This gives dealer the option to tap into the connected car features.
