4 WHY SMEA?DsMEA? and DMEA? -designed to monitor and evaluate the status , progress, and results of the delivery of basic education services in schools

5 WHY SMEA?DsMEA? and DMEA? -monitors and evaluates the organizational performance of the schools divisions in implementing plans to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of the division mandate.

6 MONITORING DEFINED It is a systematic and continuous collection and analysis of information for decision-making.

7 EVALUATION DEFINED Evaluation is an assessment, is as systematic and objective as possible of an ongoing or completed program and projects.

8 EVALUATION DEFINED The main purpose is to determine the results of every activity cascaded from the national level down to the school level.

9 EVALUATION DEFINED An evaluation provides information that is clear and useful which can be the basis for decision-making process.

1. Division TA Team Composition All the Education Supervisors or Education Program Specialists and technical personnel are divided into teams. Each team is assigned a number of schools divisions to take care of or provide technical assistance. They serve as the extended arm of the division management reaching out to all schools /districts Identify the different parts and logic of the curriculum guides Relate standards to the teaching and learning experience for a more focused SHS Curriculum Implementation Propose ways in supervising and guiding teachers especially in the enhancement of suggested teaching-learning activities in learning resources such that these are aligned with curriculum standards and competencies

2.1 Roles and Functions of TA Providers: Provide support, coaching and guidance to clients in the performance of their functions. Regularly appraise clients on the status of their performance and to do their functions. Provide the necessary information to the clients in the performance of their functions more effectively. Identify the different parts and logic of the curriculum guides Relate standards to the teaching and learning experience for a more focused SHS Curriculum Implementation Propose ways in supervising and guiding teachers especially in the enhancement of suggested teaching-learning activities in learning resources such that these are aligned with curriculum standards and competencies

Utilize data gathered to inform division TA providers in aid for policy formulation. Identify the different parts and logic of the curriculum guides Relate standards to the teaching and learning experience for a more focused SHS Curriculum Implementation Propose ways in supervising and guiding teachers especially in the enhancement of suggested teaching-learning activities in learning resources such that these are aligned with curriculum standards and competencies

Share information regarding directions from higher management Share information regarding the existence and/or availability of needed resources both from within and outside DepED. Identify the different parts and logic of the curriculum guides Relate standards to the teaching and learning experience for a more focused SHS Curriculum Implementation Propose ways in supervising and guiding teachers especially in the enhancement of suggested teaching-learning activities in learning resources such that these are aligned with curriculum standards and competencies
