Succession in a Lake Community
A lake community can change into a forest with time A lake has fish, plants, etc. Sediments from broken rock start to fill the lake and form a shallow lake More & more sediments fill up the lake until it becomes a swamp More filling swamp becomes forest!

Forest Community The forest is a climax community will remain there for a long time Can last for hundreds or thousands of years
