Challenges Poor infrastructure for skill development
Less the number of qualified Trainers and Experts Not sufficient Training Centers and Training Aids Need more participation of private sector Establish Tripartite Model works well in Myanmar

Conclusion Find a commonly agreed method/ approach among stakeholders
Continuous participation of private sector in Skill Assessment including RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Skill Trainings fro Myanmar workers in coming years Participation of the private sector from Regions and States
