What Our Service Provides
Our Staff Team have a background of Nursing, Counselling, Social Work, Psychology and lived experience. Town Centre Shop front Wellbeing Centres in both Fareham and Gosport Recovery Star 1-1 sessions Structured DBT / CBT Based Workshops Young Person’s Service ( new ‘upturn’ project ) Physical health programme, walking , running, swimming, gym , Yoga Family and Friends Service Monday evenings until 8pm for Clients who are currently working
