Identity: The restaurant is the main restaurant where buffet breakfast, and perhaps dinner will be served. (lunch should not be open) as the hotel feature a wide range of restaurant.
“buffet-restaurant” style composed of 4 main food stations, supplied by the central kitchen.
This concept is a typical Novotel buffet with dedicated zone facilitating the flow of customers.
Each station proposed different food offers:
1 hot food unit with 6 induction chafing dishes, a carving station and a active “show cooking” station (grill, dish of the day, pizza and bread oven)

1 Starter and Entries station
1 Dessert station and pastry display
