Polish PES - sources of sponsorship
Labour Fund - is a state purposeful fund - is at disposal of Minister of Labour and Social Policy - is co-financed by employers Polish PES activity is also financed by European Social Fund (within Human Capital Operational Programme)

Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers Sub-measure HCOP Support to adaptation and modernization processes in the region – call for proposals projects Support in setting up local partnerships with participation inter alia, enterprises, employer organizations, labour unions, territorial self-government units, labour offices and other environments, aimed at elaborating and implementing strategy for anticipating and managing economic change on local and regional level.

Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers Sub-measure HCOP – Warmia and Mazury Supporting and Promoting of Enterpreunership in Warmia and Mazury – “Together we are strong” project This project supports local economic environment in order to create and implement strategy of anticipate and manage economic change using the model of cooperation between 3 local partnerships created in our region Target groups: employers, social partners, social assistance centres, labour market institutions from 3 poviats

Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers Sub-measure HCOP – Opolskie Region Poviat Labour Office in Strzelce Opolskie – Pro-employment Partnership. The aim of this project was to increase the level of activity and commitment of enterpreuners and other labour market enities to create and implement the strategy of anticipate and manage economic change through creation and running partnership Target groups: 10 enterprises (micro, small, medium and big) and 10 other institutions (employer organizations, labour market institutions, NGO, territorial self-government). They created solutions useful in managing of economic change.

Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers 8.1.4 HC OP - Voivodship Labour Office in Olsztyn - systemic project Idea of the project implementation Great SMEs role in the economy of the region , 99 % companies in the region belong to the small and medium-sized business sector, In SMEs sectors work over 80% employees, The small and medium-sized business sector is generating 58 % productions sold of the industry and the about 50 % GDP in the region, Insufficient identification of problems and needs of entrepreneurs in the SME sector Insufficient knowledge in relation to SME amongst: PES, NGO, the association and organizations gathering employers, authorities of local governments, decision-making members.

Conducted researches (7 research stages) :
Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers Aim of the project: Creating of assumptions of the long-lasting system anticipating and managing the economic change, meeting important needs functioning in the SME province Conducted researches (7 research stages) : Records of information resources and research (desk research), Characteristics of the SME sector in the region, Determining developmental trends of the small and medium-sized business sector, Connecting an educational system with needs of the economy in SME area Identification of stores and the potential of the workforce employed in the small and medium-sized business sector and training needs small and of medium-sized enterprises in the region Identification of free stores of the work up to needs SMEs in the context of the current and desirable potential Analysis of researches results and develop a system of forecasting economic change.

Interesting interventions (activities, programmes, projects, measurees) implemented in the region and influencing the cooperation of PES with employers 8.1.4 PO KL Voivodship Labour Office in Olsztyn - systemic project Project results: 7 research and analysis reports, Internet portal , System management of economic change in the region (model), Anticipate and manage economic change team (VLO)- the main goal, the team's work is to provide current and reliable information on socio-economic region, current development trends and forecasts changes in the economy of the region and their impact on the education market and labor market, Consulting Board Advisory anticipate and manage economic change (an advisory body to the Team) - representatives of key institutions related to the economy of the region-to create a platform for cooperation and exchange of information, but primarily social dialogue to predict economic change.

Positive experience gained by PES practitioners in respect with the cooperation with employers- selected categories of intervention Apprenticeship - for unemployed under 27 years old, getting of practical skills to work through the tasks in the workplace without making an employment relationship. Granting employers the refund of fit-out costs or the upgrading of a workstation for unemployed persons assigned to these places of employment (maximum six - times average salary). Job placement – practical training (without establishing the employment) according to the program including acquiring practical skills and the theoretical knowledge, finished with the examination. Individual professional advice backing up professional advice addressed to employers and their employee-s led by Professional Advisors effective using employees through among others help in the selection of courses or trainings. Stock exchange of the work - of the meeting recruitment, mainly for one employer, very much effective and popular amongst employers tool of choice the most suitable candidate for the work.

Positive experience gained by PES practitioners in respect with the cooperation with employers- selected categories of intervention SMS- service - brief text messages with the information about the job offer which are being sent by Poviat Labour Office employees to unemployed persons (PLO Opole and PLO Kędzierzyn Koźle). Webcam - running interviews with the videoconference between the employer, the candidate for work and the employee of the Poviat Labour Office ( PLO Kędzierzyn Koźle). “Pomerania days of entrepreneurship”- days of promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment as well as supporting of development of micro-businesses set up by unemployed people in Pomorskie Region (VLO Gdańsk, PLO) Regional Program “Enterprising Pomeranian” - the programme aims at activisation of the unemployed in the Pomorskie Voivodeship through the support of self-employment and creation of new jobs in the small and medium-sized enterprises sector, as well as promoting enterprise and self- employment among the unemployed - 865 business start ups; 2160 granting employers the refund of fit-out costs or the upgrading of a workstation for unemployed persons assigned to these places of employment; co-forming database on support in enterpreunership (PLO).

Sub-measure HCOP Support to developing professional qualifications and counselling for enterprises - call for proposals projects General and specific training and counselling connected with trainings for business managers and employees in respect of, inter alia, management, identification of the needs for upgrading employees’ qualifications, work organization, health and safety at work management, flexible forms of work, implementation of eco-friendly production technologies, usage of ICT in the conducted activity. Target groups for projects realized within this category of support are described in terms of specific entrepreneurs and their employees. Fulfilling follow condition provides the realization of adequate trainings and courses identified in response to particular companies’ needs. Supporting right assistance in training programmes concerning possibilities and needs of specific entrepreneurs should result in wider aid effectiveness.

There were many various training connected with usage of ICT, eco-friendly production and management.

There were many various training connected with project management, managing economic change, negotiations and technical issues.
