We value your opinion On your first Monday, we ask students to fill our First Day Questionnaire. We want to hear about their first impressions and rectify any wrongs. Every Wednesday we ask students to complete a BELS Evaluation Form. This form, is much more detailed and students have to rate (from 1 to 5) all our services. 5 is the best , 1 is the worst. If students score 3 or less for any of our services, the person in charge of that service, speaks to the client to get more details and to rectify the situation. All issues are addressed in the most efficient and timely manner. Privacy is respected at all times. We are proud to have a high rate of returning students which keeps increasing every year
