5 AG recommends (I): Continue bottom-up, excellence-driven approach but reflect changing landscape of research Develop skills for the future (open science, digital and data skills; teaching skills) More flexibility (e.g. part-time work) and possible blended mobility Adequately address inter-/multidisciplinary research Continue/strengthen public outreach and engagement Education and Culture

To be decided during Work Programme drafting process, but suggestion to: Increase budget for ITN to counter low success rate Increase budget for IF to implement Scoping Paper priorities (strengthen GF, CAR, RI, possibly widening) while preventing a drop in the success rates of standard EF Education and Culture
