The actual expression of thanks, as opposed to just feeling it,
isolates (names) and clarifies each gift (in our hearts and minds)
and by doing so it turns it into grace
if we give God credit where credit is due!

6. When we recognize the many gifts of God
by giving thanks along with the grace they express in our lives,
it brings light.
It walks us out of the darkness
and into the light.
