2 What We Know… Ending Homelessness Among Veterans by End of 2015
Coordinated Assessment Tool (Development of ROI)—CAHP System Rapid Re-Housing (SSVF), VASH, PSH (HUD, S+C) Coordination Among Players (CoCs, VA, CBOs, CVSO, HA, HUD, SSI) Introducing CI with SSVF, CoC and Community Programs Implementing P, P, & Compliance for HMIS Implementation TFA Funds Management Integration for Complete Life Cycle Audit & Compliance - When I did this originally, I used an excel spreadsheet to track vouchers, vendors There are specialized pieces or modules that accomplish the goals – I use Bowman Systems, and when I discovered that they were releasing a new module that would integrate this function with the case management and client delivery system, I was literally first in line to procure and implement this function into my workflow. In fact, my tag line was “How did I ever survive without it!!")
