Homemade Bread Ingredients Method Equipment 200g strong plain flour
50g margarine 1 sachet easy blend yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 125ml warm water Equipment Baking tray Mixing bowl Jug Tablespoon Wooden spoon Teaspoon Flour dredger Method 1 .Pre heat oven – gas 6, 200°C 2. Grease foil tin 3. Put water into jug 4. Place flour and margarine into mixing bowl – rub together with fingers 5. Stir in yeast, sugar and salt 6. Add extra ingredients 7. Gradually add water 1 tablespoon at a time – stir with wooden spoon until dough is formed 8. Flour table 9. Knead for 10 minutes 10. Shape and place into tin 11. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes
