Breakfast in Moldova : Cookies, tea, bread, fruits, sandwiches, oatmeal, porridge, apples, bread with Nutella, bread with meat. Breakfast in Taksimo : pancakes, porridge, fruit salad, tea, cocoa, sandwiches, milksop, yogurt, juice. Breakfast in Lipnishki, Belarus : Tea, sandwiches, bread with oil, juise and flakes. Breakfast in Moscow : sandwiches, milk, cocoa, porridge, scrambled eggs, biscuits, yourught, tea Breakfast in Floresti :Tea and bread with butter.

Mamaliga 1 cup cornmeal 2 cups water DIRECTIONS Heat the water and add the salt. When the water starts to boil, pour the cornmeal all at once and start stirring with a wooden spoon. Pancakes recipe Ingredients 1 egg ¾ cup milk 2 tablespoons 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon sugar ( or ½ teaspoon honey) ½ teaspoon Directions Beat egg Add milk and melted butter Add dry ingridients and mix well Heat a fry pan Pour a small amount of batter into pan spread with spoon When bubbles amount on surface, turn over and cook the other side.

Sausage biscuits Preparation: First we make the sauce: melt the butter, add the milk / water, rum, a pinch of salt and 2-3 tablespoons sugar optional. We leave aside to cool.
