7. Introduction
Belco Contracting Company L.L.C was established in the year 2004 and registered in accordance to the requirement of the UAE Laws & Dubai Local Authorities compliance by Mr. Jamal Khalifa Lootah, Mr. Monsef Fouad Samuel and Mr. Joseph Kalliny and has become, through sound management of superior integrity and growth, one of the dynamic construction companies in Dubai currently classified as a G+4 permitted company.

Belco Contracting Company L.L.C has expertise, resources more than 120 of man power with experience and the capabilities to undertake and execute small to medium sized building of civil engineering projects in response to the client’s requirements and intention for both civil and electro-mechanical works by the development of skills and resources to ensure that contracts are executed in accordance to the time, cost and specific requirements. It has executed and handed over a different and specific projects like residential & commercial buildings, factories, sheds, labor camps, public buildings, parks, etc., and proud of being the fact that all the works/projects that were executed- managed designed and built, or build-only have got the appreciation of both clients and the consultants, which followed by achieving the ISO Certification in 2(Two) years of Better Service in fields.

The company staff has set their belief to the “Quality Certification is only the first step!” With our operation spread across multiple locations in Dubai, we bring in an assortment of professional services in the field of construction with full support of our sister firms in civil works, fit out & joinery workshop, which well equipped with machineries & resources and ensures that our esteemed clients benefits from our comprehensive construction solutions & equipment.

Addressing the engineering challenges effectively & innovatively with our diversified expertise and value added engineering and sustainable progressive growth and in the process provide our customers a comprehensive engineering solution and currently working on the company classification in order to upgrade & obtain the G+12 permission from Dubai Municipality.

Our qualified and trained people are highly involved and responsible for the quality assurance. Their joint efforts, each according to his position are the real locomotive of the quality by highly effective communication both internal and external. We believe that we have a role in the development of our society, working environment and country by the strict application of regulatory, legal and technical requirements.

13. Safety Policy
It is the policy of our company to recognize the prevention of any form of loss and, in particular, to the safety of its employees. It is the duty of all levels of management to do everything within its authority to prevent injuries to personnel and to minimize losses. It is equally the personal duty of every employee to do everything possible to avoid injury to himself and to the others, and to minimize any form of losses within his control. Some of our staffs have done and completed the training courses for the First Aid and Safety Rules.
