Must re-start after 4 unexcused absences

26. Family Intervention Court (FIC)
More high risk, high need offenders than FIP
More lengthy criminal history where traditional probation may have been unsuccessful in the past
Post-conviction program
Their case will not be dismissed after successful completion of the program.
They complete 26 week Conflict Solutions (CS) group at SPA
Allowed 2 unexcused absences

27. Batterer Intervention Program

52 week program for males
Based on a model that has the Judge, prosecutor, PO, victim advocate, and the BIP provider in the weekly team meetings

28. Cog Group For Federal Probationers
Uses Thinking for a Change (T4C) Program
An integrated, cognitive behavioral change program for offenders
Includes cognitive restructuring, social skills development, and development of problem solving skills
