2. EGM to discuss League structure change
Why do we need to change league structure?
Tuesday stood at 16 teams last year if we were to continue this we could end up with 20+ teams in Tuesday in coming years.
To avoid teams yo-yoing between Leagues for prize money and trophies
To incentivise and increase standard of darts across all NCDL Leagues
To create a fairness and competitiveness and avoid walkovers or teams fielding 6 or 7 players in matches.

Teams from Wednesday Green position 3-10 from last season will also join this league

8. Important Rule changes and updates
Any new team who enters the league-players will be assessed and they will be put into relevant league according to the committee.
All teams must have completed reg forms in by start of the league. No players can be signed under any circumstances after the league has started as this could have a impact on the placement of teams in a particular league.

7. Only two trophy holders (winners and runners-up previous season NCDL) may sign for any team in any section other than the senior section. In deciding trophy holders on registration forms the Leagues Secretary will compile a list of players with most appearances during the previous season on winning and runner-up teams and the 10 players with most appearances will be classed as the trophy holders. All clubs who win or come second in league other than the senior section are expected to join the senior section the following year. Any team who wins or comes second in the junior League and who leaves the League the following season will not be allowed back into any section other than the senior section for a period of 10 years.

Should a team be relegated only 2 players should be allowed play in a league higher. 2 relegated teams must complete a year in the designated lower league.

Rule 10
All players must be registered on official league forms only. No signatures will be accepted on any piece of paper other than official form. Club wishing to sign extra player must only do so at league H.Q. during the time allowed ( six weeks from the start of the season). After 6 weeks forms will be sealed and no further signing accepted.

10. Prize Money
Prize money will be reflected with the ladder within the leagues to act as a incentive for teams to gain promotion and not yo-yo.
