Why focus on Creativity? In 2015, we worked with The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) on a research project to study skills of the future. In addition to literacy and numeracy, the research uncovered a wider range of skills - problem-solving, digital literacy, leadership and creativity - that were highly desirable by employers.

10 Soundtrap Challenge Create a podcast describing your excitement at using GAFE in your classroom. Interview one other person, or collaborate with another person next to you. Export your Podcast as an MP3 File to your Google Drive

11 Utilize Screencastify

12 Screencasting Ideas Upload an image that you created in Drawings, Slides, or any other web tool into and explain it. Use Screencastify on top of Google Slides to tell a story or give a quick presentation. Use Screencastify with Revision History in a Google Doc to do a video reflection. Use Screencastify to explain a Padlet, ThingLink, etc. Use Screencastify to record reading fluency or to explain a passage from a web site, PDF, or Google Play Book.

Adobe Spark Post Create one page visuals with background images and text in a variety of shareable (social media) sizes. Images can be exported or shared with a link.

19 Adobe Spark Post All editing & creation is done through the right side tool-bar. Create a Link or Export (download) images from the “Share” button.

20 Adobe Spark Page Create scrolling Web Pages or Digital Stories that are shared with a link.

21 Adobe Spark Page Add content to the Spark Page & customize how the content will appear when viewer is scrolling through the Page.

“Find Photos” searches the web for Creative Commons Images for use in a Spark Page creation.

For this challenge you can use either Spark Page or Spark Video Create a new project Bring in images from each of the topics we have covered to this point If using Spark Video record a short video describing what you think you can do with your students using that concept or tool. If using Post, creating a scrolling webpage with a written archive of your learning. Share your link here through this Google Form
