InnoLA Workstation is the main system module which is featuring:
Initiate applications/transactions and advance them through corresponding workflows
Performing data entry, review, correction and verification within the scope of defined permissions and business rules
Generating and printing various reports/forms
Attaching documents to a transactions or application records

6. Transaction and Workflow concept
For a typical scenario, an applicant can submit the application either in the office in person or remotely via web site. For each paper application a system Application is created.
Each Application can contain one or more legal transactions, so it triggers one or more system Transactions to be executed
Every Transaction follows its own workflow instance (process route), but usually each application starts and ends following the same common Steps
Different transaction types can use the same workflow type
A system/internal transaction can be executed without an Application using simplified workflow

9. Business Analysis Process Overview
Whenever a new project is started and InnoLA is prepared for a new deployment and rollout, typical prerequisites for InnoLA customization are similar in every country and location:
Identify supported types of legal transactions and instruments
Identify GIS and cadastral datasets, or paper maps types
Perform detailed business analysis to map current document/data flows and business processes
All ‘in and out’ documents is analyzed for the content; key attributes are documented and indexed
Review and reverse engineer data models for existing legacy systems, if any
Validate findings with regulations and laws

10. Business Reengineering Process Outcome
Once Business Analysis is completed, Reengineering starts and the results is:
System architecture can be adjusted for particular customer needs and possibilities (DBMS type, one or single office deployments, replication etc).
Identified bottlenecks in each business process are analyzed, and new optimized business workflows are proposed to resolve those issues
Changes and extensions to the InnoLA Core/LADM Data Model are designed and documented
All system generated reports and forms are (re-)designed, considering both legal requirements and computerized generation procedures
New screens mockups are drafted, based on extended data model
