3 What are we tasked with doing?
To accelerate implementation of national eProcurement software and management information strategies. To adopt common standards, procedures and approaches to promote efficient and effective working. To improve the quality of and timely access to management information and to provide required information for procurement and performance reporting purposes. To develop and realign the capability and capacity of systems staff resource to deliver systems and management information implementation, support and performance requirements. To build and maintain systems and management information support resilience. To focus, prioritise and align systems and management information implementation activities in line with Health Board needs including requirements that will accelerate access to greater benefits and more efficient and effective working.

4 What have we found? We want and need to be able to share content vertically (Cat A &B) but also horizontally (Cat C1) PECOS prevents us from sharing across boards easily because of current structure (walls built by us) We want to have the same UNSPSC mapping to allow better Commodity Management We have the same supplier codes, account codes etc so we are maintaining the same data 22 times. We need one PECOS

5 One PECOS Manage content for each other – once
Manage standing data changes – once Introduce eProcurement Post Resilience Compare apples with apples with product classified to the same UNSPSC Train new users – once
