2 Females with own Income:
1. Employed/Self Employed/ having income through Investment and/or Property) 2. Having own income that can be ascertained 3. Having own income that cannot be ascertained Housewives without own income: 1. Graduates and Above 2. Below Graduation

3 Females with own Income Eligible under NMS OR Filing ITRs:
1. Category Females with own Income Eligible under NMS OR Filing ITRs: Employed/Self Employed/ having income through Investment and/or Property)

4 Plans &TRSA:- All Plans Allowed incl. PWB.  Financial Underwriting as applicable to adult male lives.

5 Income Proof For Investment/Rental Income Supporting evidence such as latest rental agreement/ bank statement/ proof of investment etc is required along with ITRs. If supporting evidences are not available, maximum TRSA should be restricted to 200 lakhs on the basis of average income shown in the ITRs. In such cases family should be insurance minded.

6 Other Conditions Age Proofs: Standard Only. Education: SSC for NMS.
Education: SSC for NMS. For Self Employed/ Income through Investment, Special MHR by BM is required on point of active participation in Business and time spent on Business Activities. Funding from Husband’s Income allowed for Insurance above her own eligibility.

7 Category Females Having own income that can be ascertained

8 All Plans Allowed incl. PWB.
Max TRSA: 50 Lakhs Incl. Term Plan. Max SA Under Term Plan: 25 Lakhs. Max TRSA for Lump Sum received through Death Claim/Compensation etc: 100 Lakhs under Single Premium Plans &No Limit on Immediate/Deferred Annuity Plans under Single Premium

9 PFQ/ CA certificate/ salary sheet/ rental agreement/ investment income proof/ pension papers/ proof of lump sum income etc and/ or copy of bank passbook (showing regular similar credit at least for 3 months). Special MHR (as per female lives Annexure-I) by DO and ABM(s)/BM is required.

10 Age Proofs: Standard Only.
Education: SSC for Term Plan. For Term Plan, Special MHR by BM in letter format (In addition to female lives Annexure-I) regarding social and financial status of the life proposed is Required. Funding from Husband’s Income allowed for insurance above 50 lakhs.

11 Category Having own income that cannot be ascertained

12 Only Savings Plans Allowed.
Term Plan/ Term rider/ PWB not Allowed. Max. TRSA: 15 Lakhs for Education Qualification HSC & above. 10 Lakhs for Education Qualification below HSC.

13 Special MHR (as per female lives Annexure-I)
by DO and ABM(s)/BM is required clearly stating source of income, type of occupation, family particulars, need of insurance etc.

14 Age Proofs: All Allowed.
Max Age at Entry: For Regular Premium Plans: 60 years. For Single Premium Plans: As allowed under the plan. Proof of Education Qualification is must for HSC & above.

15 Housewives without own income
Graduates and Above Plans &TRSA All Plans Allowed incl. PWB. Max TRSA: 100 Lakhs Including Term Plan, subject to equivalent husband’s insurance. Max SA Under Term Plan: 50 Lakhs or 50% of Husband’s term insurance whichever is less.

16 Other Conditions Age Proofs: Standard Only.
Proof of Education Qualification is must. Must possess Passport/ Credit Card/ Driving License/ Mediclaim Policy/ Aadhar card/ Pan Card.

17 Below Graduation Plans &TRSA Term Plan/ Term Rider/ PWB not allowed.
Max TRSA: 60 lakhs subject to equivalent husband’s insurance.

18 Common Conditions Income of Husband should be sufficient to support Insurance on his own life and lives of spouse and children. MHR by BM Club Agent/DO and by ABM(s)/BM is required for SA above 5 lakhs.  If Husband is uninsurable due to medical reasons, Max 50 lakhsTRSA allowed under Savings Plan only.
