Give an examples of times when you were angry. Recognize your triggers (results in anger) Interpret your emotion and what it means Emotional reaction to trigger (anger) Decision - chose which action you will take Behavior – acting out you choice Consequence – accepting results of chosen behavior

Talking about success…
Kids without emotional intelligence don't follow directions, continually go off-task, can't pay attention, and have difficulty working cooperatively. In order to be successful in a chosen career, you have to be able to work with others, get along even if you do not like someone, stay motivated to do your work, persevere, and maintain your self-control. What can you do TODAY to start this transformation in yourself?
