Input device:
Stereo Mix (your sound card)
MPEG Decoder:
System (ACM)

4. Step 3 – Configuration - Encoder
Use ACM
Choose High quality
[Click Compression button (screen)]

5. Step 4 – Compression Format Attributes: Lame MP3 128 kBit/s 44,100 Hz
Stereo

6. Step 5 – Configuration - Path
Change the file directory

7. Recording
To start recording you must use a Rec [1], and Play [2] buttons.
Whenever you want to stop the recording, use the Stop button [3].

8. Edit
Now you can edit your audio

9. Save Save options: [Save Complete audio…]
Or select fragment and use [Save selection…]
