Some Millennial Data Study 1.38 million college students from 1938-present found M’s had higher self-esteem but more anxiety and need for praise A 1976 study asked young people to list life goal. Fame ranked 15 out of 16. In 2007, 51% rated Fame #1 (Tweng & Campbell, 2009) Study asked adolescence ( ) whether they consider themselves important. 12% said Yes. In % boys = Yes & 77% girls = Yes (Tweng & Campbell, 2009)
