The NAACP 107th National Convention
We do no dot have any information indicating specific threats to the convention. ISIL an al-Qaida continue to use social media to inspire homegrown violent extremist to conduct attacks in the homeland Domestic terrorist–lone offenders—specifically white supremacist extremists—have recently plotted and carried out attacks specifically targeting African Americans. The convention overlaps with the Republican National Convention (RNC), which is being held across the state in Cleveland, raising the potential that domestic terrorists attending either event.

The GCFC received information from local law enforcement concerning an individual making threats against law enforcement on Facebook(USBUS). After each police shooting, the incidents increase. "Fuck 12" means fuck the police (12 narcotics officers)

Orlando shooting: 49 killed, shooter pledged ISIS allegiance
The gunman, Omar Mateen, of Fort Pierce, Florida carried an assault rifle and a pistol into the packed Pulse club about 2 a.m. Sunday and started shooting, killing 49 people and wounding at least 53. After a standoff of about three hours, while people trapped inside the club desperately called and messaged friends and relatives, police crashed into the building with an armored vehicle and stun grenades and killed Mateen. Pro-ISIL Al-Battar Media Establishment Video Praises Orlando Attack, Urges More in US Cities
On 14 June, a Twitter(USBUS) user tweeted a link to video titled "Orlando Attack." The video includes portions with corresponding English and Arabic subtitles simultaneously appearing onscreen, clips of media reports and U.S. leaders' speeches about the attack with English-language press clips translated into Arabic-language subtitles. The narration praises the attacks and asserts that "New York, Washington, Orlando, and other cities will not feel safety and comfort," especially, it is claimed, in light of ongoing fighting in Iraqi cities.

Shooting of Dallas Police During Black Lives Matter Rally
On 07 JUL 16 a Black Lives Matter rally was held in Dallas, Texas demonstrating against the recent police shootings resulting in the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. During the protest rally reports of shots fired, initiated police action and crowds of people dispersing randomly. Reports indicate at least two “snipers” in elevated positions shooting specifically at law enforcement officers on-duty for the protest march.

Five police officers were killed, seven police officers and two civilians (one male and one female) wounded. Dallas Police Chief David Brown confirmed the shooter was killed by way of police remotely emplaced and detonated explosive device. The other suspects have yet to be identified.

A former member of the Army National Guard accused of trying to plan an domestic terror attack on behalf of the Islamic State. The accused is a U.S. citizen born in Sierra Leone. He quit the National Guard after listening to the lectures of deceased radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Aulaqi and became involved in planning a terrorist attack on U.S. soil. The man said he would like to carry out an attack in the style of Nidal Hasan(USPER), who killed 13 people in a 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas. Occurred in Virginia

ISIL-Affiliated Hacking Group Reportedly Releases ‘Kill List’ of 1,700 Targets Including U.S. Synagogue, Church Members The Islamic State (ISIL) has reportedly released a new "kill list" naming over 1,700 targets -- specifically members of synagogues and churches -- for attack across the U.S.. The terror group called on its supporters to carry out lone-wolf terror attacks, and urged them to "kill them all, slay them." Common tactic to inspire fear and get media attention

(U//FOUO) Explosion and Gunfire at Ataturk Airport - Istanbul, Turkey
On 28 June, three suspects detonated explosives at Ataturk International Airport. The Department of State (DOS) reports 43 fatalities and 256 injured; approximately 100 of the injured have been discharged from area hospitals. No U.S. citizens were among the fatalities and only one reported with minor injuries. At least 36 people were killed, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said. An additional 147 people were wounded.
