2. I will leave tomorrow (Saturday) morning to go to Van which is in eastern Turkey.  A few months ago Van experienced an earthquake.  It made international news. 
 I am going to build emergency winter shelters.  As the pictures show, they are simple. 
 There are reports that a few deaths are related to exposure to the cold.
 Honestly, my flesh does not want to make this trip.  The weather will be cold and I will be sleeping in a tent.  Nevertheless, the fact that others are cold and sleeping in tents has compelled me to contribute 7 short days to constructing these shelters.
 The goal is to construct 50 shelters during my time in Van.
 Please pray for all aspects of this trip.  Exposure to the weather, the labor, and most importantly the contacts I will make.
