1 Logging Volunteer Hours
Self-service guide to use Volgistics (Volunteer Logistics) software from your own computer or smart device. A step-by-step for volunteers to access Volgistics and document their volunteer activities and time.

2 Volgistics on the Web The web address takes you to the login screen:
Save this Universal Resource Link (URL) to your “Favorites” so that access is easy for you in the future. Enter all of your time. Retroactive entries enable you to track all of your time contributions, including those from the past. The web link should be saved to make accessing it again later, easier.

3 Login Screen Your email address is your Login name.
The address used when application was filed is used, unless changed afterward. If user cannot remember their password they can attempt to retrieve it themselves, or contact the VIPS coordinator to reset the password. You can reset your own password, or contact the VIPS coordinator

4 Post your hours, even from months past
Navigation Screen Users can view any of the tabs and update various pieces of information, but this presentation focuses on posting hours only. Post your hours, even from months past

5 Select the Month, Day, Year, Start and Stop times
Post Your Hours Select the Month, Day, Year, Start and Stop times The time sheet provides drop-down selections to add current or past volunteer time.

6 Drop Down Menu Use the drop-down list to select what you did. If a category is missing, contact VIPS coordinator The assignment drop down includes most of the common activities available. If an activity is not listed, the VIPS coordinator can add the assignment for all users to access.

7 Review your entry, if satisfied, click “Continue”
Time Sheet Entry Once the time sheet entry is complete, clicking on continue will take the user to a confirmation screen. Review your entry, if satisfied, click “Continue”

8 Click “yes” to finish, or “no” to edit entry
Confirm & Save This screen allows the user to confirm or decide to edit their entry prior to saving it. Don’t select “Exit” yet because the entry won’t be saved. Click “yes” to finish, or “no” to edit entry

9 System Acknowledge To add additional information, click “another”.
If you are finished, click “exit” to close the program. At this point the user can add additional dates or exit the program.

10 Log out
