6 2016 Focus & Direction KEY GROWTH STRATEGIES
Introduction of B2C position only for oGV function. The responsibility of B2C was to focus only on oGV related marketing and also customer flow implementation. OD model was created and implemented in the network which has provided clarity to LCs in terms of strategies and plans that need to be implemented aligned to the national global levels. Three new positions were included in the MC structure such as B2C, PR and oGT which is currently helping the entity to grow in their own respective way TM framework was revamped and new knowledge management hub was introduced where LDA is been integrated to the system. The main bottleneck for the entity was legality of visa. It has been sorted out at present and we are able to process visa legally through the Ministry of Higher Education. This enables us to showcase what we do without any legal ramifications.

7 2016Challenges & Solutions
VISA The main bottleneck that we faced as an entity was the VISA. We wanted to run our projects legally in our country so that we can sustain the operations in a longer run. This years main focus as a MC was how to get the VISA done through the ministry and make our operations legal in our country. From the beginning of the term we focused on it and we finally achieved a break through where we can process our VISA through the Ministry of Higher Education with the support of our universities where the LC operations are taking place Expansion framework AIESEC is centralized to a particular province of the country and thus we have taken measures to follow an aggressive expansion approach as we feel the need to tap into available market outside of the centralized region The existing framework was revamped and a clear plan is being laid out in line with 2020 goals under the OD model..
