GRADUATION 2017 Thursday, May 25, 2017 – 6:30 p.m.
Courtyard of Enochs High School Six (6) Graduation Ceremony tickets will be available for each senior

CAP AND GOWN ORDERS Wednesday, November 16th Thursday, November 17th
10:00 – 2:30 Thursday, November 17th Lunch only Tables will be set up outside the SBO. (All participants in the graduation ceremony must have an EHS cap/gown.)

$43.50 (w/tax and shipping = approx. $50.00) Tassel/Stole/Diploma Cover only $23.95 Catalogs and order forms will be in your government classes the week of 11/07/16.

Eligibility for Seniors:
Two Unsatisfactory Citizenship Grades in the 3rd Quarter will result in loss of privileges for the following activities: Graduation Ceremony Senior Trip Prom All Sports Teams and Campus Clubs All Student Extra-Curricular Activities

Reasons for Unsatisfactory Citizenship Grades:
*** Excessive Tardies (5 or more = UN) *** Three or more Uncleared Absences Failure to bring necessary materials to class. Failure to regularly turn in assignments. Failure to exercise proper care of school property. Not doing your own work; cheating. Not showing respect for others. Disrupting class.

3rd and 4th Quarter Ineligibility:
Outstanding debts (all debts must be paid before seniors may attend senior activities) Suspensions for serious offences (drugs, alcohol, defiance, fighting, etc.) A “Flagrant Violation” of the Conduct Code. (ex. assassination game, senior pranks) Seniors who are not “on track” to graduate will be disqualified from senior activities.

Grad Bash One last chance for the senior class to be together
Begins at 10:00 pm on the night of graduation at EHS Ends at 3:00 am the following morning Lots of FOOD – dinner, snacks all night (Taco Truck!!) Lots of ACTIVITIES – hypnotist, all night casino, music/dancing (DJ), inflatable games, ping pong, rock wall, bouncin bins… Lots of PRIZES – laptops, iPad, baseball tickets, mini dorm fridge, camera, TV… Cost - $40.00 presale; $45 at the door.

Payment Schedule Friday, December 2, 2016 $100.00 1st payment due
Friday, February 3, $ nd payment due Friday, March 3, $ Final payment due NO REFUND REQUESTS accepted after March 3, Refund requests received before March 3rd are still not guaranteed. All payments are made in the SBO. THE SENIOR TRIP IS A VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY.

Why is it important to pay on time? (50 Students = 1 bus) 300 Students = 6 buses 350 Students = 7 buses 400 Students = 8 buses 450 Students = 9 buses Buses must be reserved by the end of December. A bus is reserved only when we know we have 40 students to put on it. THE SENIOR TRIP IS A VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY.

Bus Sign-Up Procedure Bus sign ups are done by groups of 4 with one person chosen as group “captain” List of captains will be randomized and captains will be called in to choose a bus Once you have signed up for a bus, there will be NO changes. Chaperones will be identified in April. THE SENIOR TRIP IS A VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY.

Fundraising Opportunity You may NOT sell candy on campus.
January – February , 2017 Candy Sale Variety Packs (Snickers, Reese’s, M&M Peanut, Kit Kat, Twix) You may NOT sell candy on campus. Candy will only be handed out after school each day at 2:30 THE SENIOR TRIP IS A VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY.

Fundraising Opportunity Only currency and checks accepted
If you decide to sell candy, you must turn in your Candy Sale Contract to Ms. Fulbright in SBO no later than Friday,. After you sell your case, turn in your $60.00 to Mrs. Fulbright, in the SBO. For each box of candy you sell, $23.00 will be applied to your senior trip Only currency and checks accepted – NO COINS!!!! THE SENIOR TRIP IS A VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY.
