7. THREE DIMENSION GYPSUM MOLD MAKING USING FREE TECHNIQUE
1. Determine the divider line to the model correctly to avoid the model being hooked on the molding process.  
2. Make backing on the model usinf the flexible clay in accordance with divider lines. Burnish the model using the separator.

3. Cover the model and backing using linoleum to make the first gypsum mold, determine the thickness (around 6cm)
4. Tie the linoleum using rubber ban and give coil on the base to avoid gypsum flowing outside.

5. Make gypsum dough as the mold thickness.
6. Pour the gypsum thoroughly into the mold and wait until the gypsum get hard.

Pasang lenoleum cetakan untuk membuat cetakan gips sisi lainnya kemudian olesi dengan larutan pemisah, ikat lenoleum dengan karet dan berilah pilinan tanah liat pada bagian dasar agar tidak ada adonan gips yang keluar.

7. Open linoleum mold and clay backing from the model. Make some holes as gypsum mold keys then clean them. Nub the gypsum on the cleft part using separator to make it taken off easily.
8. Install linoleum mold to make another gypsum side then nub with separator, tie linoleum using rubber ban and give coil on the base to avoid the clay flowing.

9. Make gypsum dough and pour it thoroughly on the model surface, wait until it becomes hard.
10. Open linoleum then open the gypsum mold carefully.

11. Put together the mold then make tapering using the flexible clay to make holes on the gypsum mold. Install the linoleum then make the gypsum dough and pour it.
12. Open the linoleum and mold then clean and put in the sun until dry.

Ceramic building using this technique is done by making the symmetric three dimension from throwing or lathe technique.
The benefit using the gypsum model will not decrease and the shape will not change so it has more benefit and can be used to multiply the gypsum mold.

1. Unite the model with upper and bottom tapering, make lines as a signal to decide the gypsum mold cleavage.
2. Make a gypsum slab base for the model as backing limited to the cleavage and trim it.

Put the model on the backing right on the divider line. Put the clay buffer.
Manage the surface mold flatness using water pass.
4. Install the panel base then nub both model and backing with separator.

5. Make gypsum dough based on the mold thickness.
6. Pour the gypsum dough into the model mold thoroughly and wait until the gypsum gets hard.

Open the panel base and clean it.
Make some half ball holes as gypsum mold keys.
8. Install the panel base then nub the model and backing with separator
Make gypsum dough and pour it into the gypsum mold to make the second mold.
Do the rest steps again to make upper molding holes.

9. Open the mold carefully then clean using water and dry it.
10. Gypsum molds are ready to be used.
