Every pronoun must have an antecedent
Ambiguous pronoun – when a pronoun does not have a specific noun or word used as a noun as its antecedent. In recent years, sports stars have made an abundance of money, have been held up as heroes, and have gotten a lot of tattoos which makes me question their morality.

Ambiguous pronoun – when it is unclear which antecedent works with the pronoun Marsha, asked out by Tim, Tom, and Theo, is excited to go out on a date with him.
