6. Authority Tax Feature Description Authority Report Writer
This ad-hoc report writer replaces the User Defined Reports in client server tax. Abbreviated ARW, this feature is installed in all of our Authority financial applications.
Court Module
This new module allows you to track account balances by year that are in or have been to court. There are letters and forms available and a tab in tax master maintenance for quick reference and drill down. A session on this module will be available at this conference.

7. Authority Tax Feature Description Letter Printing
Letter printing is integrated to Authority Forms. It is done with Word merge and has 20 comment fields available with 8000 character entry available on each comment field. Letter template versions are stored as templates as they are revised for accurate reprinting.
Form Printing
Forms are printed through Authority Forms using Crystal Reports. The forms can be set up or adjusted by Civica CMI support or by a client if they have a full version of Crystal reports and know how to use it. There are Crystal report classes offered at this conference.

8. Authority Tax Feature Description Tax Connect
Authority Tax integrates with our new Authority Tax Connect product that was rewritten for SQL. There is a session to show the new design and features at this conference.
Menu selections
Some menus have been renamed, moved or consolidated based on their function and use.

9. Authority Tax Feature Description User setup
A new menu item that has user access, configurations and reports has been added. User access now includes more information about each user, roles to copy and the ability to set access by menu groups.
Dash board
A dash board has been added to the product that is configurable. It includes a task reminder feature.
