2 PURPOSE OF THE ARTICLE To focus on the importance of Video Based Analyses teaching method in the field of Physical Education.

3 ARTICLE HIGHLIGHT A series of set shoot skill by one athlete who represented university in basketball was recorded using high speed camera. To analysed the body and leverage movement of the body while executing the skill which could not be possible with our naked eyes.

4 VIDEO-GRAPHIC TEACHING
Video- graphic Teaching is one of the teaching methods widely used in the different fields that help in effective teaching and learning process. In PE, Video Based Teaching has becomes an increasingly common and important teaching aids as it helps in better understanding and clear concept of the skill.

5 METHODS A videos was recorded while the player is performing the skill. A series of skill was recorded for the analysis the skill. The materials included are one digital video camera and a laptop or computer with the software Windows Live Movie Maker, which allows frame-by-frame playback of the video.

6 PROCEDURE FOR VIDEO CONSTRUCTING
Recording Recording of the skill with digital high speed camera. Conversion the recorded videos into AVI format with the help of Download converter software. Editing Editing the video (set start point and end point) with window movie live maker. Pause the clip where to analyse the movement. Take a snapshot and save it in a new folder. Add title, caption, music, etc to the clips Presentation used the video clip presentation for VBT.

7 IMPORTANCE OF VBT IN PE VBT is a common tool that is used in modern sports to increase coaching performance for individual and team competitions. Coaches and trainers use this method as a corrective method that will help in improving the performance of the athletes. Video analysis teaching helps in gait analysis, biomechanics research and injury rehabilitation.

8 SIGNIFICANCE OF THE ARTICLE
The skill was divided into 3 phases for easy understanding of the skill: L phase I phase Good bye phase

9 L PHASE L Phase: The throwing hand is in the shape of “L” when ready position.

10 I PHASE I- Phase: The throwing hand take I- shape when extended.

11 GOOD BYE PHASE Goodbye Phase: Wave goodbye when you snap your wrist.

12 People have different level of motor educability
People have different level of motor educability. Due to individual cognitive difference, some are quick learner while others are slow. Therefore, VBA offers varied opportunities as it allows performance to be paused, repeated, played in slow motion and can be used in all types of model-based practices like sports education and other different fields.
