People Soft Login PeopleSoft Portal
You will be able to access the PeopleSoft Portal from any computer in the Harris Health System Network On your desk top, click on the Internet Explorer icon Select PeopleSoft Portal from the menu no need to enter User ID or Password, or To access the PeopleSoft Portal from home Go to Click on Employees PeopleSoft Login Screen Enter your User ID and Password Click Sign In Go to Employee Self Service

Benefits Enrollment Locating Employee Self Service
On the main page look for the following on the top left side of the page. Click on Employee Self Service. Employee Self Service Selections You will see the following once you have selected Employee Self Service. Click on Benefits. Benefit Selections Click on Benefits Enrollment.

On the Benefits Enrollment page click on the Select button to start your enrollment. (See Illustration on the right)

Benefits Enrollment – Medical, Dental and Vision
Below is the list of plans that you are eligible to enroll in. • Click the Edit button by each plan to make your selection for each plan. Benefits Enrollment – Medical, Dental and Vision Click on the Edit Button. The following will appear. To enroll in the benefit plan, click on the radio button next to plan you are electing. To waive this benefit plan coverage click on the radio button next to Waive. or

Dependent/Beneficiary Personal Information After entering the information click on Save. The following will appear, click the OK button. To enroll a dependent in your benefits plan, click the Add/Review Dependents button. If you have no dependents to add click the Update Elections button. After clicking Add/Review Dependents the following will appear. Click on Add a dependent or beneficiary.

Benefits Enrollment Medical, Dental and Vision Continued
Check the box next to each dependent that you want covered under this benefit plan. If the box is not checked, then the dependent will not be covered. Once you have checked the box next to each dependent that you want covered, click Update Elections. The following will then appear. Click on Add a dependent or beneficiary to add an additional dependent. Click Return to Event Selection if you have added all your dependents.

Benefits Enrollment Life Insurance
Medical, Dental and Vision Continued Click on the Optional Life button to start the Life Insurance enrollment process. Electing Optional Life will allow you to elect Spouse Dependent Life. The following will appear. Review and click the Update Elections button to store your current selection and continue with your next selection. Review and click Edit to make changes. Repeat these steps for each benefit plan you want to enroll in.

The following will appear if you have elected Optional Life. Click Add/Review Beneficiaries to add additional Beneficiaries. Once all beneficiaries have been added click Update Elections or Discard Changes. If you have elected Optional Life the following will appear. Click Update Elections to store your choice. Click Discard Changes to go back and change your choice.

Life and AD and D Life Insurance Continued Review and make and election for each plan. Click Update Elections to store your choice. Click Discard Changes to ignore all entries. Child Dependent Life Spouse Dependent Life Choose from the amounts available to you. Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) enrollment is automatic at no cost to you. Beneficiary designation is necessary. Click Update Elections to store your choice. Click Discard Changes to ignore your entries.

Benefits Enrollment – Long Term Disability (LTD)
Your Group Long-Term Disability (LTD) is 100% employer paid up to 55% of your monthly Covered earnings. LTD does not require an election; you are automatically enrolled at no cost to you after completing one (1) year of regular full time service. The LTD coverage includes a 180-day elimination period and is administered by Reliance Standard. Refer to the Group Long Term Disability Insurance Certificate on the HR-Benefits web page for further policy detail Long Term Disability Buy Up Long Term Disability Buy Up is 100% employee paid. Review and make an election. Click on the Update Elections button. Click Discard Changes to ignore all entries.

Benefits Enrollment - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Flex Spending Dependent Care Review and make an election. If you elected Flex Spending Acct - Dep Care the following will appear. Enter your Annual Pledge. Click Update Elections or Discard Changes to proceed. Flex Spending Health Review and make an election. If you elected Flex Spending Acct – Health the following will appear. Enter your Annual Pledge. Click Update Elections or Discard Changes to proceed.

Benefits Enrollment – Submitting Benefit Elections
When you are done with all of your elections, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Click the Submit button if you are ready to submit your elections. Click the Cancel button if you are not ready and wish to return to make your elections another time.

Benefits Enrollment – Submitting Benefit Elections Continued
Click the Start Confirmation Stmt button to print your enrollment confirmation. Then click Home on the top right hand side of your screen to view your reports and print your statement. Note: You will not be able to print your Confirmation Statement from your personal computer. Login into PeopleSoft at a Harris Health computer and print your statement from My Reports found on the PeopleSoft home page.
