3. SWOT ANALYSIS Career Awareness Program
The varanasi chapter has given full autonomy and support from Managing Committee for using its good offices to contact with different schools for seeking permission to conduct CAPs at their schools/colleges
The Counsellors deputed at different districts have been given all ample support along with the Individual targets for Conducting CAP under information to Varanasi Chapter
A systematic approach along with proper management has been applied over every conduct of CAP resulted 40 CAPs in student month i.e. July, 2016
Focused approach on students especially at Rural places have been successfully applied and contacted through schools/colleges
Individual proposal letter has been successfully sent to all schools/colleges helped to get the permission to conduct CAP
Participation at Career fair at Hotel Hindustan International at Varanasi dated 16th & 17th April, 2016 helped to recognise the CS as a better Career Option for visiting students

4. SWOT ANALYSIS CS Registration – Proposed Steps
CS Registration drive is being planned to enhance the CS registration
CS Pamphlets are being distributed on the dates of Upcoming BHU, MGKVP and Other universities entrance for B Com & LLB examinations
Rigorous steps are to be taken to advertise Company Secretary Profession at local levels
All schools/Colleges of the region are being contacted through a proposal letter for conducting CAP & Registration drive through Camps at their schools/colleges with a request to confirm the suitable date and time.
All counsellors have been informed to contact schools/colleges and provide the list of suitable date and time for conducting CAPs & Camps at their schools/Colleges.
A Registration drive may also be explored through CAMPS at schools where CAP has already been done with the kind permission of Schools/colleges
A list of all prospective students may be taken with the help of HOD for individual Counselling and to provide them all possible information so that they may convince themselves to explore a better career opportunity through CS profession
Motivation to be given with live examples of eminent personalities may be shared with some video messages
Success stories may also be shared of newly enrolled Company Secretaries who may share their experience & techniques for cracking the CS Examination
