True Position Technologies (TPT) was founded in 1990 and has grown to become an industry leader. TPT is a world-class manufacturer of precision machined parts and sub-component assemblies for the aircraft, aerospace, electronic, medical, and other commercial industries. In 2008, TPT relocated to a 43,500 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility in beautiful Valencia, California. TPT obtained International AS/EN/ISO Certification in 2009.

5. Manufacturing Cells True Position Technologies
Our facility consists of several manufacturing cells. Each cell is dedicated to a specific product family for a variety of customers. Parts are assigned to their cells based upon common characteristics and features. Once a part is assigned to a cell it becomes a permanent job within that cell. This includes all fixturing and designated tooling.

7. Precision Deburring True Position Technologies
True Position Technologies, Inc. employs some of the best precision deburr personnel in the industry. Our deburr personnel use a variety of traditional hand tools and wheels as well as more sophisticated optical tools such as flexible borescopes, flexible fiber-optic illuminators, and microscopes. Using these capabilities we are able to perform all the necessary operations to insure that our parts are free of burrs and meet the cosmetic requirements of our customers.

8. Assembly & Test
True Position Technologies, Inc. is committed to our customer’s request for lead-time reduction and flatten the “bill of material” therefore we have incorporated assembly and test capabilities. We purchase and install pin plugs, helicoils, lee coils, rosan fittings, rivets, etc. in an array of products as well as ink & laser part marking. We also perform a variety of testing that includes nondestructive, pneumatic and hydraulic proof and leakage testing.
