Who does SportsAid help?
To raise funds from the private sector to provide financial assistance to Britain's amateur sportsmen and women. The aim was to help them prepare for competitions against better-funded, overseas athletes. Who does SportsAid help? Young athletes aged nominated by NGB’s Must be international or national athletes Older athletes with disability can apply Awards are given to athletes covering 68 sports including disabled disciplines How does SportsAid help? Reduces drop out due to financial pressure Provides grants to help with; Travel Training Accommodation Competition fees Equipment

Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme
Approx athletes a year aged between 16-28 Provides athletes with a tailored package of service worth up to £3,500 in value. Supports and fast tracks future medals winners that are currently in higher or further education NGB’s put together a package that may include Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Lifestyle Support, Physiology and Sports Medicine 37 TASS Athletes competed at Beijing winning 9 medals
