Media Gallery: selecting the “Create” icon at the home page allows teachers to create their own resource by using DepEd owned photos, illustrations, video, and audio files.

All content located via the LRMDS are catalogued. Central/Regional administration and publication group supervises the operations.

The focus of the LRMDS Metadata specification is to allow the data within the LRMDS to be systematically searched, stored, catalogued, managed, and reused

The metadata is used to find resources and to select resources
General metadata: title, description, keywords
Educational metadata: domain, discipline, pedagogy
Life cycle metadata: origin, creation, version, contributors
Technical metadata: size, format, media
Rights Management metadata: copyright, permissions, conditions of use
Meta-metadata: management and maintenance
